You don't know how bad I wish we would have worked. I wasn't looking for anyone, and you came into my life and drastically changed. What hurts most is that I saw you as more than a friend, someone I could trust, confide in and feel utterly and completely safe with, yet now we walk past each other as if we were strangers, strangers who knew a lot about each other.
