Unsent Messages

It’s shitty that our friendship had to end the way it did; so abruptly. It was the moral differences that made up my mind. You tried to blame the fact that a Visibly pregnant woman was pulled from her car and had her stomach stomped on so hard that it left a boot shaped bruise and killed the baby on the mother instead of the man who did it.This was the final straw that broke my back (among other things compiled over the past three years). Maybe I should’ve given more explanation, but cutting you out was the only logical thing to do after you’ve lodged the knife in my back so many times. That said, I will never EVER discount the times you were there when I needed you to be, when nobody else was. That being said, I’m mourning you Collin: I’m mourning the dumb sweet boy who wanted to save the world, to protect people —because that boy is dead. I don’t know when that side of you died, or if it just malformed into something monster and husk-like over time, but it was horrifying to see what you’ve become, which was why I couldn’t watch it anymore.
