You dropped me without a second thought. Just slammed on the brakes and disappeared. When you talk to me it tortures me. Seeing photos of you and her tortures me. You were everything. Now you just use me when you need something, which isn’t right but I don’t stop it because I can’t let go of you. You’re always in the back of my mind. No one lives up to you. Everyone gets compared to you. Maybe one day you’ll realise your mistake, but for now, enjoy her while I’m still here, reliving every moment together in my head. Right person, right time, but only I realised that.
