the stars hang high in the sky tonight
the moon, barley waning hangs low.
and oh how they glimmer casting shadow shaped figures dancing upon the moons ebony face.
“oh i hope you’re happy” beams the moon to the sky
but her star does not hear dear moon as she calls.
for her light, almost gone, is far too dim to cut the night
and she longs for the nights when she was high above.
simply blissful with her star
but as the sun would early rise the star would surely find there to be a better suitor yet.
for how can a moon glow when a star is born to shine so very very high in the sky?

i think the greatest thing you showed me is i can still truly love. i always worried i would turn out just like my father but you reminded me there’s tenderness still inside me

i had the most bizarre dream with you last night. my favorite part was as i was being attacked you swooped in and rescued me. then we turned into birds and flew all across the country exploring new places together. i miss my friend.

being in roswell brings back so much nostalgia. i think that’s why i so rarely visit. i wish i could go back in time and savor all of our moments spent together. i’ve never been more explicably happy than when i’m with you. i miss you but i don’t want to be a burden. i just hope you’re happy because that is all you deserve
