I've liked you since freshmen year but never told you. I have known you forever but do not want to ruin our friendship

Thank you for sticking by my side the last 3 years and always being the happiest person in the room even when everyone else isn’t. I will never understand how you always see the good in everyone and how you’re so positive all the time and i you really radiate your positivity to everyone you’re with. remover our late calls? remover the countless hours we spent playing games and talking to each other? i miss your voice,the way you would get and at the littlest things. but now you’re gone, it’s awkward to even look at you now. what happened to us,only the span of a week... did i do something wrong? everything seemed fine but we still managed to drift apart,i’m still confused on how we drifted and often think of you whilst listening to certain songs. everything seems to link back to you somehow, i don’t want to lose you but how am i going to reach you again with out feeling awkward? you made me unbelievably happy for the span that i knew you and i keep asking myself “will i ever share the same bond with someone like i did you?”
