I chose white because it was pure. A love without looking into your eyes, feeling the touch of your skin or lips, it was the purest form of love. Toxic yes, painful and unbearable also, but it was a love that consumed me and still does to this day. I can never forget you. I can never forget the sound of your voice calling my name. I can never forget that one week I spent with no idea how you were, each day in my bed alone in a blur just praying you were alive and how hearing your voice that one morning when everything was sorted, it made my world stop spinning and everything made sense again. You were my first love and you will always hold that place. You took a part of me when leaving, take care of it, that’s all I ask.
