Unsent Messages

I don't really know what I want to say. But you taught me 3 important things.
1. Lying about myself because someone else is ashamed or scared isn't worth it, especially because I can't lie for sh*t.
2. Anyone who sees me as a someone who needs fixing, doesn't see me and can't actually love me.
3. I'm so much smarter than anyone else ever realised and you are the only reason I learnt how to see that.

I'm not mad, I'm glad I met you, I don't regret it, I still love the version of you I knew and I hope you know that you're wonderful and you really do deserve the best in this life.

I hope one day at least we can be friends.

I'll see you again when the fates allow. Stay safe please and stand up to people more, everyone walked all over you for so long and you didn't deserve the bs you put up with.

P.s. I came out as trans this year; so the jokes about me being your beard are even funnier now. Jokes on us both I guess.
