I have a lot of advice for you.
1) Stop playing with people's feelings, it's fucked up. 2)You need to take time by yourself and stop trying to distract yourself in relationships because you still don't realize your faults. 3) You should never want to know what annoys people and piss them off, that's a VERY toxic trait. 4) You're really selfish and "conceited". I put conceited in quotations because I feel that your confidence isn't actually there and you tried to hide that by continuously talking about how much people want you and how many followers you have, persuading yourself more than others that you're amazing.
