Unsent Messages

I guess this is the last goodbye. I'm not even going to see you for another week, but I might as well get it out of the way now. You can be my dance friend. We can be nothing. I'm okay with that, because that's what you need. I'll always love you. I will, and I'm sure that as soon as I see you again I'll want to take this back and do anything just so you'll look at me. But I can't keep doing this. I need you, but I don't have you right now. I thought you had grown up, but maybe you haven't. Not that I'm mad or anything. God no. You just need a little time, and even though I love you more than anything, I can't sit here and wait. I'm glad I took all of those photos, so that I can remember how beautiful it was when you would look at me. I love you and I miss you, but I'm going to say goodbye so that I don't say all of the other things that make me think of you.
