I'm sorry i wasn't good enough for you in the end, we haven't spoke in couple months and i cried so hard unboxing my stuff that you sent me. I don't want to accept it's over

I don't understand how you could love me when i was at my weakest and support me through the worst times, but as soon we find out my issues and i'm getting help to get better that's when you don't love me anymore
